Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery on all furniture and home décor items, covering:

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
Structural damage not caused by misuse
Hardware or functional component failures (e.g. drawer slides, hinges)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage or misuse
Modifications or repairs not authorized by Ihomeadore
Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture, or color tone

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

Contact us at info@ihomeadore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement part, replacement product, or refund, depending on the issue.

Notes

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
In some cases, we may request return of the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.
