Warranty Coverage
We provide a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery on all furniture and home décor items, covering:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Structural damage not caused by misuse
- Hardware or functional component failures (e.g. drawer slides, hinges)
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Ihomeadore
- Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture, or color tone
How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact us at info@ihomeadore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange for a replacement part, replacement product, or refund, depending on the issue.
Notes
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.
