Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery on all furniture and home décor items, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Structural damage not caused by misuse
  • Hardware or functional component failures (e.g. drawer slides, hinges)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by Ihomeadore
  • Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture, or color tone

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at info@ihomeadore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  2. Our support team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement part, replacement product, or refund, depending on the issue.

Notes

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • In some cases, we may request return of the defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.
